Our advisory services are provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive to accelerate realized synergies during M&A integrations, past performance does not guarantee future results. Clients must ensure strict compliance with our structural alignments to achieve optimal outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, operational charts, and strategic models provided during an engagement remain the intellectual property of VantagePoint Advisory unless explicitly transferred via a separate legal agreement.
